Stephanie Deihl is a cook and writer living in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with her husband, Doug, and her kids, Addie and Jack. She attended Wellesley College, and worked in Investment Banking and Asset Management before heading to the New England Culinary Institute. She spent several years cooking and baking in restaurants in New York (A Voce), Boston (Flour Bakery and L’Éspalier), and Durham, North Carolina (Magnolia Grill), then spent time as a personal chef and a recipe editor for MarthaStewart.com. These days, she cooks for families, including her own, and writes about her experiences on her blog, One Family Meal. When not cooking or writing, she tries to keep her toddlers out of trouble and chases after her dog, Lucy.
