Banana, Pineapple, and Mango Smoothie

This tropical smoothie is sure to provide a jump start to the day. The whole family will enjoy this sweet, and creamy smoothie, topped with crunchy toasted coconut.


1 large banana, sliced

½ cup frozen chopped mango

½ cup frozen chopped pineapple

½ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk

¼ cup orange juice

1 teaspoon chia seeds

Toasted coconut for garnish


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with toasted coconut.

Kitchen Tips

Freeze coconut milk or orange juice in ice trays for a thicker smoothie.
