Berry Oat Smoothie

Start your day off right and keep all your New Year's resolutions with this nourishing berry oat smoothie.

  • 6 or 7 frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut, almond, soy, or rice milk

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

  • ½ cup fresh blackberries

  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoons agave or coconut nectar (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds


    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
