Start your day off right and keep all your New Year's resolutions with this nourishing berry oat smoothie.
6 or 7 frozen strawberries
1 banana, sliced
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut, almond, soy, or rice milk
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
2 teaspoons agave or coconut nectar (optional)
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
