Blueberry Coconut Power Smoothie

Honestly, this power smoothie may not be the prettiest girl at the ball, but it’s definitely worth a dance. With loads of excellent nutrients, it’s a perfect pick-me-up for vegan and dairy-free diets, and it avoids the most common allergens as well.
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups vanilla coconut milk beverage
2 cups baby spinach
½ cup coconut milk powder, preferably Willpowder
2 teaspoons agave nectar
- Combine the frozen blueberries, coconut milk, spinach, coconut milk powder, and agave nectar in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
