Cherry Berry Smoothie

A healthy vegan smoothie that combines strawberries, bananas, raspberries, cherries, and apples for a quick breakfast or snack.
6 or 7 frozen strawberries
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup frozen pitted dark cherries
1/4 red apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
- Combine the strawberries, banana, cherries, apple, and all but 4 of the raspberries, the cranberry juice, and orange juice in a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade.
- Blend at high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with the raspberries, and serve.
