2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into large chunks

3 teaspoons honey, any floral variety such as cherry blossom, orange blossom, or wildflower, or more to taste

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, roasted Saigon preferred

1 cup apple cider

8 ice cubes

  1. Combine the spinach, wheatgrass powder, parsley, apples, honey, cinnamon, apple cider, and ice in a heavy-duty blender or a food processor fitted with a metal blade .
  2. Process until completely smooth; then drink up.
