Japanese Carrot Sesame Miso Dressing

This unique recipe evokes the sesame and ginger dressings frequently served in Japanese restaurants. Miso adds both salt and a umami while grated carrots are the surprise ingredient, adding sweetness, color and texture to this vegetable rich dressing.




  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.
