Mayim Bialik’s Vegan Peanut Butter Smoothie

This simple smoothie is ideal for the most finicky of palates. Protein-rich nut butter and banana combine for a rich, delicious way to start the day.
⅔ cup peanut butter (or ½ cup sunflower butter)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup rice milk
1 cup spinach leaves (optional)
- Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can also add 1 cup spinach leaves for more nutrients and flavor.
