Creating your own cheese crackers is easy and tasty. A perfect garnish for tomato soup!
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking tray with a silpat. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cheese onto the pan. Using your fingers, flatten into a circle. Repeat with remaining cheese, leaving at least 2 inches between circles (the cheese will melt and expand).
- Bake until crispy and the edges have browned, 3 to 4 minutes.
