Winter Sangria

Sangria is a light and refreshing of alcohol, fruit, and juice. This version, with wintery flavors, is a perfect refreshments for the chilly months.

1 cup PAMA pomegranate liqueur

½ cup pomegranate juice

½ cup orange juice

1 pear, cored, thinly sliced

1 persimmon thinly sliced, a few slices reserved for garnish

5 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

3 cups Prosecco

  1. In a large carafe, combine the pama liqueur, pomegranate juice, and orange juice and stir.
  2. Add the sliced fruit and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Allow the mixture to stand for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can marry together. Just before serving, stir in the Prosecco and garnish with a slice of persimmon.

Kitchen Tips

The juices and the Prosecco should be chilled before mixing.
