Sangria is a light and refreshing of alcohol, fruit, and juice. This version, with wintery flavors, is a perfect refreshments for the chilly months.
1 cup PAMA pomegranate liqueur
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup orange juice
1 pear, cored, thinly sliced
1 persimmon thinly sliced, a few slices reserved for garnish
5 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
3 cups Prosecco
- In a large carafe, combine the pama liqueur, pomegranate juice, and orange juice and stir.
- Add the sliced fruit and pomegranate seeds.
- Allow the mixture to stand for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can marry together. Just before serving, stir in the Prosecco and garnish with a slice of persimmon.
The juices and the Prosecco should be chilled before mixing.
