Sherry Gerstein is an editor, writer, and crafter from Fairfield County, Connecticut. She is a passionate home cook for a family with a variety of dietary concerns, including diabetes, lactose intolerance, and ADHD.
Sherry worked in children’s publishing for many years and is the author of several books for children, including The Most Extreme Animals (an Animal Planet book), Taking Science to the Extreme (with Rosanna Hansen), and the forthcoming book, Mommy-Gami: Over 20 Family Friendly Origami Projects. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and is a long-time student of tai chi.
